The taste of a Chinese restaurant is made with a secret sauce containing a deep fire flavour. Chewy squid, bok choy, and shiitake mushrooms are generously loaded. The raw material is also rapidly frozen, so the texture of the ingredients is vivid. 

Cooking method

• Put 1 secret sauce in 350ml of boiling water.
• When it boils, put Chinese noodles and 1 raw garnish with the garnish facing down, and cook over high heat for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
