1. Do I need an account to place orders?

Yes, all users must create their account on our website in order to place and keep track of your orders. You can easily register by simply entering your e-mail address and password.

      2. What are the payment methods available?

We accept Cash on Delivery, online payments and Credit Card on delivery with the options for both debit and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard).

     3. How can I add/edit my shipping address?

You can add multiple addresses in the “My Addresses” option of your account and enter the details of your location.

    4. What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order? (damaged or lost delivery)?

     5. How much does delivery cost?

There is a delivery charge of AED 10 if the total amount of your order is less than AED 200. Orders above total of AED 200 have free delivery.

     6. How can I cancel my order?

You can easily cancel your order in the My Orders section, or contact us through call/email to cancel your order.

      7. How long does delivery take?

The typical fulfillment time for a delivery is 48 hours. However, depending upon the location, it may take up to 2-4 days for delivery (Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Al Ain). We provide the delivery schedule and the option to select the delivery date from the calendar on the My Cart page while placing the order.

      8. How are the products delivered to me?

The products are delivered through our own Logistics team. Our refrigerated vehicles ensure all products are maintained at their optimum temperature. Please ensure you enter the accurate details in your address and a valid UAE mobile number to ensure a smooth delivery process.

      9. Is there a minimum order amount? 

Yes. A minimum order total of AED 100 is required for your purchase.

      10. Can I cancel my order?

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours from the date of purchase by clicking on the My Orders section. In case you need to cancel an order after 24 hours, you can contact on our customer care number/email to request for a cancellation. Order refunds will be made through the original payment method chosen by the customer.
