Preparation: 1 Cake Mix, 1 egg, 150ml Milk or Water, Bowl, Mixer, Pan
- Mix 1 egg and milk with a mixer.
- Add Cake Mix (250g) and mix well.
- Add oil to a frying pan & heat the frying pan over low heat.
- Pour pancake mix by 5 tablespoons.
- Cook until edges are dry. Turn & cook until golden.
