Refund & Exchange Policy
The following are the conditions when exchange, return or refunds can be expected by Singarea.
- If the product is different from what was advertised, it can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. Products with highlighted expiry dates are non-refundable.
- If the customer likes to cancel the order before delivery, they can contact us through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Call or WhatsApp at +971 55 693 8838
- Damaged or unsealed food products by the customer will not be accepted for exchange, return, or refund unless it was received in the given condition at the time of delivery.
- The products need to be in the original condition to be eligible for exchange.
- Products can only be exchanged, returned or refunded within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns will be scheduled for pick up, reviewed for approval, and processed within one week.
- Customer can cancel their order directly from My Orders within 24 hours from the date of purchase. Order cancellation later than 24 hours can be processed by contacting the customer support team.
- Customers cannot cancel orders on the scheduled delivery day. Cancellations cannot be processed in less than 24 hours from the date of delivery.
- Customers who paid online (Telr) will be refunded using the same service only.
- Customers who paid using Cash on Delivery or Debit/Credit Card on Delivery will be refunded through store credit only.
- Online refunds may take upto 14 days to be completed, depending upon the processing time of the banks.
