Abura-age is a traditional Japanese delicacy, deep-fried tofu made from soybeans. The tofu is fried two times at a lower and higher temperature making a thin skin and hollow centre inside. It is commonly added in miso soup, udon noodles, rice dishes, and is often used as a wrap for inari sushi.

- Gently rinse the pockets in hot water briefly to remove any excess oil.
- Prepare your sushi rice.
